What's New in August

Boy howdy, it’s a hot one this year. It’s also been a busy month with new products, new books, new cards, and more. With it being too hot to go out and plant flowers that won’t survive the August heat, I have focused on creating flower powered cards and stickers, as well as journals and notebooks that will survive the summer months.

I took a week off and went to see family in Illinois, and while I was gone, I put together some outlines for books that I have been wanting to work on and finish. Once I got home, I had to go to work deciphering these notes and doing a lot of heavy editing. I am still working on that going into August. Anything to keep me inside in the cool air.

I didn’t get any photos while in Illinois, but I did get some close-up shots of butterflies enjoying my milkweed.

What’s New

Notecards: New dog cards that have been very successful right out of the gate. So far, the most popular is the border collie with the French bulldog coming in second.

Address Labels: So many new designs for address labels with dogs, tropical living, USA 250 birthday, and more.

Booklets: I found time to create 45 new booklets that have been sitting ready to complete for months. There are gift idea booklets for everything I could think of, and I still have more ideas that I haven't finished yet.

New Products:

Journals: I have published a number of journals and booklets that I don’t have in the shop yet, but they are coming. I am doing bundles and booklets focused on boutiques. My normal supplier of spiral journals has had supply issues, so I am bringing printing in-house like I did with my cards. I have most of the kinks worked out, so I will post them as soon as I can.

Notepads: My first blank notpad has been completed, and when I get the glue part figured out—gotta keep the pages in the book– then I will post them. I have a whole collection of wine loving old ladies in the first runs.

Bookmarks: The bookmarks will move into production this month. I hope
