What's New in April
Winter was so hard on my tropical plants that some need replacement. We had several hours of hard freeze that my plants weren't able to survive, and it’s been over a decade (if not longer) since we’ve had a hard freeze in my neck of the woods. With the loss of some of my flowering tropicals, my butterflies are looking elsewhere; however, most everyone in my area lost their flowers, so butterflies are finding pickings slim. This means that we're all adding more flowers to our gardens. I am ready to fill my cart at the local nurseries, as well as pruning back what we do have to see what we can salvage. An interesting side note is that my tulips, daffodils, and crocus are thriving—just not blooming—yet. Another thing, my red passionflower is full of blooms, and this is the first year that it has bloomed for me, so that’s cool!
In the meantime, I am looking for color everywhere instead of dead grey, and that includes in so many of my latest products. Like all the new notecards, posters, and coffee mugs. I have been having a lot of fun making new cards!

What’s New
Greeting Cards: Because I am working on some local projects, I created over 30 Florida-centric postcards that have become popular with some gift shops and boutiques.
Garden Flags: So many new garden flags are now in the shop. I have been having a lot of fun creating different themes for these flags, and not always as garden entrances. Think Tiki Huts.
Writer's Mugs: So many new mugs for writers are now in the shop as I work back toward my main focus for writers. I also have been focusing on readers, so watch for those, too.

New Products:
Journals: I have many plans for different journals with prompts, so keep an eye out for those journals. I will be doing my own binding on many of them, so I am trying to learn the machine and printing techniques.
Notepads: I am working out the bugs on little notepads and sticky notes. I have a lot of ideas and my test products are working well, so soon!
Bookmarks: I have some test product bookmarks that I am in love with, so you'll see them soon.
